George Rodrigue printed We Blues Dem Away (Ain’t Dat Super) in 2010, coinciding with the New Orleans Saints Super Bowl victory. The silkscreen is an original image, designed by Rodrigue for the print itself. The title takes its language from the Who Dat chant.

Originally, in 2010, a portion of the proceeds from sales of this print benefited the George Rodrigue Foundation of the Arts, which advocates for the visual arts in childhood education. For information, visit www.rodriguefoundation.org. Rodrigue Studios continues to support the Foundation.

Rodrigue printed the edition of 5,000 but did not complete signing it. The estate is completing the numbered series with his official estate stamp, continuing from #1382/5000. Each print is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity noting that distinction.
